We’ve been investing in buy to let property since 2007 and have our own high yielding portfolio. For that reason we now use that experience to share our knowledge by sourcing properties for other investors.
Therefore our aim is simple, to source and share some great property deals. As a result, we now offer time poor or inexperienced property investors access to carefully selected properties that generate great returns. Working with us can help you build your property portfolio in the easiest way possible.
Who are we?
Husband and wife team, Angelo and Justine Squitieri are the co-founders of Impero Property Solutions. Passionate about property for many years they know only too well the difficulties of working full time whilst trying to find a portfolio of property gems.
Consequently Impero Property Solutions was set up. Director, Angelo Squitieri, says “The set up of Impero realises my dream of financial freedom through property. Plus I get the satisfaction of helping other time poor investors still stuck in the day job find great properties to start or grow their portfolios. We couldn’t have got our portfolio off the ground without the help of experts in sourcing properties. Finally, it’s now great to be able to now give the same vital help to other investors”.
For that reason, if you’re a new investor we can help give you the confidence you need to start your property portfolio. Importantly, it can help you avoid any costly mistakes. If you’re lucky enough to be a seasoned investor, why not add us to your list of property sourcing experts when looking in our search areas?
In addition, we’re fully compliant and supported by a dedicated team of trades and professionals. https://www.imperopropertysolutions.co.uk/compliance/
