We’ve been investing in property since 2007 and we founded Impero Property Solutions in 2019 to take our flair and passion for property to the next level. We work with other property investors (both new and experienced) to give them great returns.
‘Impero’ is the Italian word for ‘Empire’, a nod to Angelo’s Italian roots and a nod to what we’re creating!
We’re a husband and wife team, whose passion for property and complementary skill sets allow us to successfully work together. We are driven to create wealth and financial freedom for ourselves and our family through property.

Hi, I’m Angelo
I’m the IT guy! I had a long IT career as both a Lead Business Analyst and Project Manager, mainly in the financial sector. I stepped out of corporate life to focus on property as Impero was set up. In reality, juggling our property projects alongside a full time day job just became impossible. My project management experience and attention to detail ensures that our projects run as smoothly as possible.
Having been a fully compliant property sourcer, this helps when we are identifying our next projects and ensures all we do is fully legally complaint.
Outside of property, I’m a keen gym nut and love playing badminton. I’m definitely the petrol head who loves fast cars. I love getting together with other fast car owners for organised drives, on and off the track.
Hi, I’m Justine
Over the last 10 years, I have held a range of senior corporate leadership positions. I decided that my experience running large projects and motivating large teams could be put to more effective use.
Recently, I therefore took the exciting decision to step out of corporate life. I now work with Angelo on a full time basis to help take Impero to the next level.
I’m a marketer by trade with over 30 years’ experience across various sectors (retail, education, logistics and healthcare). In particular, I am a specialist in strategic digital leadership.
My skills help me understand the people we work with, both our investors and all the parties we then deal with to bring our projects to fruition. Our teams work with us again and again because we work hard, we play fair and value relationships.
I run our social media accounts so we can create content that really showcases what we do. It’s a great way to follow our projects and everyone loves a before and after!

Outside of property, I’m also a keen gym nut and runner (I managed one marathon!) I am obsessed with Afternoon tea and love to cook.
